Is it a breakdown?
Before sending for repair, check the following
In case
There is no PICTURE
and SOUND
No SOUND
The PICTURE is in
landscape or portrait
orientation
The PICTURE is too
bright or dark
again:
Check the following
• Is the engine ON, or is the ACC-ON turned on?
• Have you pressed the SRC/PWR button of the device?
• Is it properly connected? Is the connector or cable loosed or
removed?
• Is the connection device output normal?
• Are all the settings proper?
• Is the fuse blown? If the fuse is blown, replace with one of the
same capacity.
• If the surrounding temperature of the device is high, the power is
cut off by protection function. Cool down the interior of the car
with air-con or other means.
• Have you selected inputs that are not connected to the device due to
input switching?
• Is the volume set to minimum (0)?
When the headphone is connected
• Is it HDMI input?
The headphone terminal can only produce the sound of the
HDMI input terminal.
HDMI cannot be used if not connected.
• Try to change to wide mode.
Depending on the wide mode selected, the picture can be longer
horizontally or vertically.
• The brightness adjustment is not appropriate
• The contrast adjustment is not appropriate
• If the surrounding temperature of the device is high, the LED
screen becomes dark due to the protection function. Cool down the
interior of the car with air-con or other means.
• Adjust the screen brightness of the device since the DIMMER
function is available. Switch to other modes, or adjust/ tune so
that the brightness in each mode is appropriate.
