cycle to change the temperature(°C). Enter the
numerical digits [Example: 60] using the key pad
on the screen. Press 'DONE' to save.

To deselect empty well, tap on the well to clear
selection. Press 'OK' to save changes on the
well plate and return to Properties screen.
You may also use 'CLEAR ALL' and tap to
select the wells. Press 'OK' to save changes on
the well plate and return to Properties screen.
Example: Deselected H7 and
H8 wells.

Curve OFF. [When blue, the Melt curve is ON;
When gray the Melt curve is OFF].
