Installation and connection

Placing the 'ART V2'

The 'ART V2' should be placed onto a high quality rack or stable table. Avoid

exposure to direct sunlight. Do not place the 'ART V2' close to loudspeakers or in a

corner of the room because in this places the maximum sound energy is to be found.

Audionet 'ART V2' has to be placed horizontal for achieving the optimal sound

results. Please check this using a spirit-level.

Use the included power cord to connect the power plug to your wall socket. As being

a CLASS I device the 'ART V2' needs to be earthed.

Internally the 'ART V2' has separate power supplies for the digital and the analog

section each using two 50VA toroid transformers with several voltage stabilizers and

fast discrete voltage regulators for a clean power supply of the transport unit and the

D/A conversion unit.
