7. With washer on bolt, place wheel onto bolt as shown.
8A. Place spring lock washer onto bolt.
8B. Place nut onto bolt.
9. Tighten securely.
Note: If over tightened, the wheel will not move.
Insert cap over axle bolt end.
Repeat steps 5-9 for
second wheel.
