Uninstall/Decommission Procedure

Step 1. Follow all important safeguards and observe all warnings found in the

beginning of this manual as well as dispenser and the wiring kit manuals.

Step 2.

Turn off all power supply to the dispenser before proceeding any

further.

Step 3. Remove outer shell and set aside.

Step 4.

Remove wireway cover from the internal structure and disconnect

power leads.

Step 5. Remove ½" locknut securing conduit connector (EF) to the valance sign

and pull towards the center of the dispenser top until conduit connector and all

of the wires clear the wireway on the valance sign.

Step 6. Disconnect green bonding wire from the bottom plate (BP).

Step 7. Remove hardware holding the valance sign to the top of the dispenser

and remove the valance sign from the dispenser.

Step 8. Remove bottom plate (BP) and mounting brackets (MB) and discard.

Step 9. Remove the flexible conduit (EC) and fitting (EF) from the wiring kit j-

box and follow decommissioning instructions provided with the listed wiring kit or

dispenser if wiring kit was factory installed.
