GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

WARNING!: read these instructions before using the equipment

• BEFORE attempting to transport any load, ensure you are physically able to do so.

• DO NOT exceed the maximum working load for the sack truck 200kg.

• DO NOT allow children to play with or ride in the sack truck.

• NEVER use the sack truck if any of the tyres are deflated.

• NEVER use the sack truck to transport personnel or animals.

• ALWAYS inspect the sack truck for signs of wear or damage before use.

• ALWAYS ensure the load is evenly distributed and is perfectly stable.

ASSEMBLY

• WHEELS

1. Ensure each axle is clean from dust and dirt to allow free movement of the wheel.

2. Slide the wheel (Fig.1.2) onto the axle (Fig.1.1), followed

by the washer (Fig.1.3) and complete by pushing the

split pin (Fig.1.4) through the hole in the end of the

axle and bending over to retain.

3. Repeat for the other side.
