to substantiate warranty claims.
Boian Surgical warrants that for a period of five years from the date of purchase, this product will be
free from defects in material and workmanship provided it is used as intended by the manufacturer and
according to the instruction manual.
Boian Surgical, at its option, will repair or replace the product or any component of the product found
to be defective during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, replacement may be
made with a similar product of equal or greater value. Boian Surgical shall not be liable for any incidental
or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty. This warranty
excludes:

Freight costs
•
Damage caused by improper or accidental use
•
Damage caused by the use of non-genuine parts
•
Replacement of parts due to normal wear
•
Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modifications to the product
Do not disassemble the product as this will void the warranty.
