Air Driven Turbo Brush
IMPORTANT:
Do not use the Air
Driven Turbo Brush for wet pick-up.
The air driven turbo brush removes
embedded dust and pet hair. The
efficiency of your air driven turbo brush
depends on the bristle brush rotating at
high speed. Strong air suction is needed
to accomplish this. In order to ensure that
maximum air suction is maintained,
please read the following instructions:
1. Empty the water tank frequently.
2. Ensure that the rotating brush is kept
free of hair and string which may
accumulate and decrease brush
performance.
3. Keep air driven turbo brush turbine
free of dirt and foreign matter. (See
illustration for cleaning instructions.)
Cleaning Air Driven Turbo Brush
From time to time, the turbine of your
turbo brush will require cleaning. To do
this:
1. Remove the turbo brush from the
hose or extension tube.
2. Turn the turbo brush upside down.
Pull the locking tab upwards lifting the
compartment door housing, to expose
the turbine wheel. (Fig. 7)

3. There may be some dust, lint, hair,
etc on the turbine wheel. Remove as
much of this as possible.
4. You may also use the unit's hose with
crevice tool attached and use the
vacuum to remove any additional
debris from the turbine.
5. Ensure that the turbine wheel moves
freely by rotating it with your finger. If
the turbine does not rotate, call
1 (800) 798-7398 for help.
6. Once clean, push down compartment
door of the air driven turbo brush to
lock.
Using Your Water Filtration
Vacuum for Wet Pick-Up

When using your vacuum
for wet vacuuming, DO NOT use the air
driven turbo brush, dusting brush or
floor to carpet brush when using
vacuum for wet pick-up.
WARNING:
Water level MUST NEVER
exceed the "Max" level indicated on the
water tank. Empty tank when water level
reaches "MAX" indicator. If water is seen to
be coming from the exhaust - immediately
turn the unit off and unplug from electrical
outlet. Empty water tank and clean.
1. Add 5 cups, (40 oz) of water to the
tank.
2. Insert plug into electrical outlet.
3. To connect the flexible hose into the air
intake duct, align the tabs on the
hose with the notches on the air intake
duct. Push in and turn 90° clockwise to
lock the hose in place. (Fig. 1)
4. Turn the "On/Off" Switch to the "On"
position.
5. The flexible hose is equipped with
a manual suction control to adjust
the amount of suction required. For
strong suction ensure that suction
button is closed. To decrease
amount of suction slide the button
to open until desired strength is
obtained. (Fig. 5)
6. Select and attach accessory to the
other end of flexible hose. If an
extended reach is desired, attach one
or more extension tubes directly
to the flexible hose. (Fig. 8)

Hints for Spot Cleaning Carpets
Note
Before spot cleaning your carpet
:
with the triangular brush, test for color
fastness. Dampen a white cloth with the
cleaning solution that you will be using and
test a small area in a closet or under a
piece of furniture. Gently rub the cloth over
the area. Check each color for bleeding. If
the cloth remains white, it should be safe to
clean the carpet or upholstery. When using
commercial pre-cleaners spot removers,
follow manufacturers instructions and
follow this procedure with vacuum.
1. Apply the pre-cleaner spot remover to
the carpet as per manufacturers
instructions.
2. Using the triangular water brush, suck
the pre-cleaner spot remover liquid
from the carpet.
3. Spray the same area with water.
4. Vacuum again to remove the water.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 again if
necessary.
6. Empty the water tank.
7. If you still see that the pre-cleaner has
not been completely removed, repeat
steps 3 and 4 again.
8. If the stain has not been removed,
repeat steps 1 to 6 again.
NOTE: Pre-cleaner spot removers
sometimes do not remove tough stains.
Please use a professional carpet cleaning
service if such is the case.
WARNING:
To reduce risk of electric
shock - unplug before cleaning or
emptying water tank.
