IMPLEMENTATION FOR STRAPS
To position tension's pawls on the piton take on before.
This tension's pawls will be used only, if the stocking side of the cover is fixed
on his piton.
For a good tightening, and a good manipulation of the tension's strap, make like this.
And you must pass the strap in the passing return strap.
Tighten the strap at the maximum, and to clink to a good tighten.
Take the strap in the tension's pawls.
