At the first time of using the door, please test the driving

system to see if it moves smoothly. (Test method: unlock

the traveller, pull and push the door by hand.)

Connect to appropriate power socket with earth

Use the transmitters only while the door is in sight. Do not

stand or walk under a moving door. The transmitters should

be out of reach of children.

Make sure the opener is not used in very hot places above

50 deg. Celsius, Very damp or moist places

Check at least twice a year to make sure the door is

properly balanced and that all working parts are in good

working condition. Adjust the tension of chain. Add suitable

amount of lubrication to the chain system.

Trouble-Shooting Guide

Problem

The chain is too loose.

The screws of the Hall

encoder are loose or

hall encoder is faulty.

Photo beam function

is enabled.

Transmitter program

is lost or transmitter

battery is flat.
