Attaching the bed frame to make a Full bed
STEP 1:
Attach adapter plate (E) to posts (A) with bolts (1), nuts (3) and washers (6) as shown below. Use Allen key
(4) to tighten the bolts (1) and Allen wrench (5) to tighten the nuts (3).
