STEP 2
Place the seat A upside down on a
non-abrasive surface. Place the footrest
D onto the underside of the seat as
shown below, with footrest caps facing
down. Fasten rotary plate assembly to
underside of seat using bolts BB, nuts
FF, spring washers EE and spring
washers DD.

NOTE:
Do not tighten screws all
the way until you have
assembled the footrest.
Once assembly is complete,
tighten each screw.
