REMOVE 9640 DISPENSER

1. Slide the 9640 dispenser out on its rails. Turn the

dispenser power switch to the OFF (O) position and

disconnect the power cord. The power cable

connector is located next to the power switch, in the

top front area of the dispenser. Disconnect the data

cable at the connector located on the left side of the

dispenser.

Turn dispenser power OFF and

disconnect power cable.

Disconnect EJ-to-Mech Data Cable

2. Press the release tabs located on each slide and

remove the dispenser from the cabinet. Warning:

Two persons should be used to remove it from

the ATM cabinet!

3. Using a medium flat-blade screwdriver, remove the

screws that secure the inner slide members to the

left and right brackets on the 9640 dispenser. Retain

the slides for a later step.

Slide Release Tab

Press release tabs and remove 9640 dispenser

from cabinet slides. Use a two-person lift!

Remove three screws that secure each slide

member to 9640 dispenser chassis.
