3. Insert the other end of the adaptor into the vehicle
DC socket.
4. To power the air compressor, switch the vehicle on.
Important: To avoid draining the vehicle battery,
keep the engine running during use. ONLY run the
vehicle engine in well-ventilated areas.
7.3 Notes on Battery Life
Typical run time will vary according to the level of
charge, pressure load during use and the operating
conditions:
• High-pressure loading or excessive back pressure may
result in increased battery consumption.
• Cold temperatures may result in increased battery
consumption; Draper Tools recommends using the
12V DC in-car adaptor in cold conditions.
