If paper chips, ink, etc. are accumulated on the paper feed rubber roller and the paper

separator, paper feed performance deteriorates and the machine becomes liable to paper

jam or slip. Clean the rollers periodically to reduce down time.

If black marks occur that correspond with the location of the paper-feed tires, the feed tires

need to be cleaned.
