INSTALLATION

See illustration 1

•

Insert the body of the lamp into the base. There is a small ledge in the base and a groove

in the body of the lamp. Make sure these fit accordingly.

•

Turn the base around and insert the fixating screw.

•

Use the fixation tool to screw the fixating screw into place.

•

Connect the power adapter to the power input at the back of the lamp.

•

Plug the power adapter into an outlet with an input voltage of 110V-240V AC.

The built-in 2.4A Smart USB charging port can supply 5V power to charge all USB compatible

mobile devices, like f.e. smartphones and tablets from any brand.

Note: We recommend using the original charging cable of your device (supplied by the manufac-

turer) for optimal charging.

OPERATION by TOUCH

1. 6-level brightness dimmer: There are 6 levels of brightness within each lighting mode. Scroll

your fingers on the slider from left to right to set the preferred brightness.

2. Mode-button

• Work mode (6000-6500K): High-range color temperature. Stimulates attention & concen-

tration and provides a bright and calming work-environment. Ideal for office work.

• Study mode (5000-5500K): High-range color temperature. Increases attention & concen-

tration. Ideal for research & studying.

• Reading mode (4000-4500K): Mid-range color temperature. Stimulates concentration &

reduces eye strain. Ideal for reading.

• Relax mode (3300-3800K): Low-range color temperature. Promotes relaxation. Ideal for

leasure activities.

• Sleep mode (2800-3300K): Encourages a deep sleep with comfortable soft light. Ideal for

bedtime preparations.

3. Power ON/OFF: Press once to turn the lamp ON/OFF.

4. Auto Off Timer: Press once to activate or deactivate the timer. The ON/OFF LED indicator will

stay red when activated. The lamp will now turn off automatically after 1 hour.

Note: When turned back ON, the lamp will go back to the last saved setting before being turned

OFF.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

The lamp is foldable, adjustable and rotatable to create different light angles and positions.

Note:

• When adjusting the position of the arm, always hold the lamp base.

• Excessive adjustment may cause damage!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Never open the Aluminum Desk Light.

• Never touch the plug contacts with sharp or metal objects.

• Make sure that cables cannot cause a trip hazard.

• Use only the original power supply and original accessories.

• Never place the device in the vicinity of heat sources.

• Never place the unit on surfaces that are heat sensitive.

• Protect the device from special liquids, vapors and high humidity environments.

• Unplug the unit at the main power socket before cleaning. Do not use any solvent based

cleaning agents, only a soft, dry anti-static cloth.

• Do not attempt repairs yourself.

• If the unit is not properly installed or operated DreamLED® cannot accept liability .
