Unlike ordinary cake mixes it is best to use a thicker batter; this will help with the

rising process. To create thicker batters simply decrease the amount of water and

milk in your recipes accordingly. The Andrew James recipes that have been

provided already take this into consideration.

Rather than using the Andrew James recipes provided you can buy a simple cake

mix from the supermarket and add flavourings such as lemon juice, rind and

vanilla extract. Experiment with different ingredients to suite your taste.



Always switch off and unplug the cord of the appliance before cleaning.

Allow the unit too cool before starting the cleaning process.



When cleaning the cord, display care. Just wipe it with a cloth to remove

dust and dirt.


