UNPACKING

IN ORDER TO PERFORM THIS TASK, BE SURE TO WEAR THE FOLLOWING SAFETY

Remove the SANITAIRE

•

Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation

inspect the sanitizer, power cord, and plug for damage. Report all damage immediately. Do not assemble or operate if there is

any damage, visible or suspected.

•

STER-L-RAY

Germicidal lamps are packed separately, to ensure maximum protection for the lamps. Keep the lamps aside

until ready for installation.

•

Carefully inspect all packing materials to prevent the loss of accessories, hardware, spare parts or instructions.

•

Do not discard packing materials until fixture is assembled and inspection is complete.

The SANITAIRE

Model RSM2680 includes:

•

1 - 2,000 CFM displacement (8) lamp unit

with 20-foot line cord (approximate)

•

Germicidal Ultraviolet Lamps

4 - Synthetic Pleated Filters

UV Lamp Operation Indicators: Glow green when lamps are operating correctly or red when they are off or out. (See Figure 3)

Lamp & Filter Replacement Indicators: The lamp and filter replacement timers are a set of lights that will change when

replacement of the lamps and or filters is needed. This is a timed function rather than a sensor that determines when the

Lamps or filters need to be changed. There is a set of three lights for both the lamps and filters (shown below).

Lamp life is 10,000 operating hours. Filter life is 5,000 operating hours.
