iv. Mount a caster on each caster installation point by using the ¼-20 KEPS nuts to finally attach both the metal stiffener bracket and the

caster.

e. FMA Series cabinets:

Locate the (4) caster installation points on the metal truck bracket.

ii.

Each caster mounts to the inside skirt of the metal truck bracket.

iii. Use sixteen (16) of the provided

nuts to attach each caster.

iv. Fit the metal truck bracket to the bottom of the cabinet.

Use ten (10) of the provided

to attach the assembly to the cabinet. Make sure the head of the carriage

bolt on the outside of the cabinet and the nut will be on the inside of the

cabinet.

11. Side Panel Installation

DID YOU KNOW? Open frame cabinets can be fully enclosed by adding door and side panels. Side panels are sold in pairs. Therefore, a single pair of

side panels can be used to help enclose a single cabinet or a large group of ganged cabinets.

a. SPS Series Side Panels for 500 and 700 Series cabinets:

Simply hang the side panels onto the cabinet frame by engaging the six side panel hooks into the six slots found on the side of the

cabinet.

ii.

For simple key lock security, the SP-LOCK may be purchased separately. Follow instructions provided.

iii. If key lock is not sufficient then the provided #8 sheet metal screws may be driven into the side panels through the holes found in the

rear door flange.
