1. Safety Information

Safety Warning

This unit is fitted with a 3-wire power connector. For safety reasons, the earth lead

should not be disconnected in any circumstance. If ground loops are encountered

consult the section on input connections later in this manual.

Please pay special attention to the AC power considerations part in chapter 4 and

the Maintenance part in chapter 6.

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the unit to rain or

moisture.

To avoid electrical shock disconnect from the mains supply before removing the

cover. The installation of Bose® Equaliser cards or servicing should be carried

out by qualified personnel only.
