Starting with one side, gently pull pivoting arms
apart to release ear cups. (figure 4)
Insert ear cup entirely through bottom portion
of helmet's ear opening (take precaution as to
not pull/stretch the wire exiting the ear cup).

Insert threaded silver stand-off (on the same
side of the ear cup that the cord exits)into the
hole that is on the strap covering the helmet's
ear hole. (figure 6)

Bring he lower part of the helmet's ear-hole
opening under the ear cup so that the seam is
sitting between the plastic and foam portion.
