CAUSE
Unit won't light

Pilot light won't stay lit
Flame set too high
Drain hose plugged
Drain hose loose or disconnected from
drain pan
REMEDY
Turn gas on (Direct burn units)
Light pilot light
Replace thermocouple (Safety valve units)
Adjust pilot flame (Direct burn units)
Turn gas valve down
Clear drain hose
Tighten or connect drain hose.
