Assembly Steps
Pre-drill parts before fixing with screws
2a) Ensure the base is level. Space bearers at the
specified distance as shown in the the diagram below
(1.0). If the bearer layout consists of double bearers, use
50mm screws to secure them as shown in the image to
the right (1.1).
2b) Secure the MFP to the bearers with 35mm screws all
equally spaced. There should be a 70mm space between
the ends of the bearer and the screw.

NOTE:
The layout of your door can
be changed by installing the
relevant panels on the
opposite side of your Dad
Shed.
Principle of floor board(s) installation
Use 35mm screws. Keep equal distance between
screws. Use same amount of screws per each
bearer.
FRONT

Use 50mm screws.

3a) Position front panel as shown in
the diagram below. Use 6x 70mm
screws to secure the panel to the
floor. Ensure there is equal space
between the screws.
3b) Attach the side panel as shown in
the image below. Use 5x 50mm
screws spaced approximately 550mm
apart for the front and approximately
470mm apart for the rear to secure
the side panel to the front panel.
3c) Connect side panel to floor bearers
using 70mm screws. Use one screw per
each bearer (or doubled bearer), except
front and rear bearers as shown below.
3d) Repeat these steps for all
remaining panels.
