STEP 7: HINGES

STEP 8: SHOOT BOLT, TURN BUTTONS, HASP & STAPLE

Assembly Steps

Pre-drill parts before fixing with screws

7a) Position the lead door in the frame ensuring there is a 5mm gap on each side of

the door. The bottom edge of the door should be flush with the bottom shiplap. See

image below for reference (1.0).

7b) Fix the hinges onto the door and wall panel. See image below for screw

positions (1.1). Ensure holes have been pre drilled.

7c) Repeat steps for the secondary door.

8a) Position the hasp, staple and turn buttons to correct position as shown in the

diagram below (1.0).

8b) Fix the hasp, staple and turn buttons into the frame by using 35mm screws.

8c) Position the shoot bolt as shown in the image below (1.1). Secure it to the

frame using 6x 35mm screws per each shoot bolt.
