The control unit is operated by means of the arrow keys and the OK key.
The display shows the time, as well as icons for sensor battery state and
cellular network state.
Press an arrow key, to enter the menu. Scroll through the menus by using
the two arrow keys.
The main menu contains:
1. REPORTS
2. OTHER SETTINGS
3. GSM INFO
4. DELETE REPORTS
5. POWER OFF
6. EXIT
1. REPORTS
Select the menu item REPORTS. When REPORTS can be read at the top of the display,
press the OK button to open the log. A list of events with log number,
date and log-type is shown. The most recent log is shown first.
Read the log information by scrolling through the list and click OK
to open a specific report. The control unit can contain 99 reports. If the log is not emptied
in the main menu option DELETE REPORTS, the oldest reports are automatically
deleted, when new reports are inserted.
Type of report:
ALARM. For each alarm triggered, the onset and the end time of an event with
seizure like movements can be read. Additionally a figure is shown indicating the
movement activity on a scale from 0-3, where 3 indicate the most severe activity.
CONN/DISC. Shows the date and time for interruptions in the monitoring. If the
sensor is taken out of reach or is not charged in due time, the log report will show
when the monitoring was stopped. The connecting report informs of the time of
restoring monitoring.
POWER. Shows if the control unit has been turned off by use of the display keys. If the
power supply is turned off, no report will be made.
GSM ERROR. Shows the start and end time for disruptions in the connection to the cellular
network. Alarms calls will not be sent, when a GSM error is occurring.
PAUSE. Shows the start and end time of a pause. Monitoring is disabled during pauses.
To return to monitoring mode, press the OK key and select the menu EXIT. Confirm
by pressing OK to return to monitoring.
