Symptom
The door does not move
The door is locked or motor

Solution
Switch on the mains power
Remove the barrier
Unlock the door
Check the motor is turning
Decrease the safety reverse
force
Increase the safety reverse
force
Remove obstruction
Increase the safety reverse
force
The battery is loose. Open rear
cover and ensure battery is
connected.
Pull out the receiving antenna
Change the remote battery
Reset the limit position as per
instructions
This is normal, no action
required
Close the photocell function
Push the manual release lever
up
