Connecting the Input
DVD Player
or Set-top Box
Power OFF the Source and Display and detach the power cord from the AC

wall outlet.
2.
Connect one of the supplied 0.5 meter HDMI cables to the output of the
Source device.
3.
Connect the other 0.5 meter HDMI cables to the input of the Display.
4.
Connect the Tx unit to the HDMI cable attached to the Source's output port.
5.
Connect the Rx unit to the HDMI cable attached to the Display's input port.
6.
Connect the Fiber Optic cable (4x LC connectors) between the Tx and Rx
units taking care to ensure that the optical ports are connected properly:
(1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3 and 4 to 4).

Connect the UTP (CAT5) cable to the DDC ports both the Tx and Rx units.
8.
Connect the External AC Power Adaptor to the Power input port of either the
Tx and Rx unit.
9.
Plug the External Power Adaptor into an outlet that supplies the AC voltage
specified on page 3.
10. Connect the AC power cord for the Source and Display to the AC wall outlet.
11. Power ON both the Source ad the Display; an image should appear on the
display within a few seconds.
