Getting Started
♦ Before using, remove any labels and wash and dry each item in accordance with the
care and use instructions.
Using Your Sauce Warmer & Melting Bottle
♦ The Cook's Companion Sauce Warmer and Melting Bottle can be used for melting
butter, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and more.
♦ To use, simply place your item into the melting bottle and secure the lid. Use caution
to not place items that will build pressure when placed into a microwave, such as
eggs, into the melting bottle.
♦ We do not recommend exceeding 5 minutes at a time when heating contents to
avoid pressure build up, burning, and/or damage to the product. Most contents will
not take longer than 2 minutes, as the silicone is sufficient in melting the contents
when hot.
♦ When using your product, we recommend checking your sauce every 30-45 seconds,
and stirring as necessary.
♦ PLEASE NOTE: The Silicone Melting Bottle will become HOT; always use potholders,
oven mitts, or a dry towel when handling your melting bottle.
♦ Always keep away from children, as the contents will become Hot.
Cleaning the Sauce Warmer & Melting Bottle
While your product is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with warm

soapy water.
If you need better access to cleaning the interior of the melting bottle, it is easiest to

simply flip the warmer inside out to clean. To do this, set the lid aside, and press the
bottom of the melting bottle upwards and through the top /opening of the bottle;
thus turning it inside out. We recommend wiping the exterior dry before returning
the bottle to right side out.
