Checkbook Calculator. By entering a transaction as it happens,
you will always have an up-to-date balance, which helps
prevent bank overdraft charges. Checking your balance with
this device is also much safer than using your smartphone
where one can easily be hacked.
The Checkbook Calculator is just plain simple! Just enter your
numbers first, then function second. For example, to make a
deposit of $1,000, key in 1000 then press the DEPOSIT key. To
write a check for $200, key in 200 then press CHECK. Check
your balance at any time by pressing the BALANCE key. The
unit remembers your balance, even when you shut it off. You
have total control of your money!
GET STARTED
Turn unit on by pressing ON key
SET TIME
Hold down the % key for 3 seconds.
Key in Month, Day, Year, Hour,
and Minute.
Then press the + key, then
the = key to set.
SET TAX RATE
Enter the tax rate value then press
the TAX RATE key.
Example: To set the tax rate to 6%,
key in the number 6, then press the
TAX RATE key. The tax rate is now 6%
TAX FUNCTION
What is the total amount for a $300
item including tax?
Key in 300 then press the TAX key.
Then press the = key to get the total amount,
including tax. In this case the total is $318

You can manage up to 3 separate accounts with this
calculator, for example, a checking, a savings, and a credit
card account, and a credit card account, which are
listed as on the right side of the calculator, as detailed
above.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Let's say you want to deposit $1,000 into
your checking account. To do so, enter 1000 then
press the DEPOSIT key under CHECKING. To check that
the value was entered correctly, press the BALANCE key
under CHECKING to view your balance.
Enter Deposit Amount 1000
$1000 dollars in now deposited.
Now say you write a check for $400. Enter 400 then
press the CHECK key under CHECKING.
Press the BALANCE key and you will see
$600 is your new balance.
Enter Check Amount 400
$400 dollars in now withdrawn.
To check balance
Balance is displayed
At any point you can use the REVIEW button to review
your last 20 transactions for each account.
To review recent entries
You can go back and view the last 20 entries
The above procedure is the same for your other 2
