B. Keep the hy draulic par t s aw ay from dust s, chippings and caus tic liquids, and
pr ot ect the oil box and gauge.
C. Inspect the hy draulic cir cuit, and make sure there is no oil leak.
D. Check the oil quant it y in the oil tank per iodic ally. Replace the hy draulic oil of
the pum p af t er 3 work ing months, Some qualit y hy draulic oil ar e
recommended, suchasG -46#, Gulf- 46, Mobil- 30,B P -32, S hell- 32,E sso- 32,C altex-
32. R emember to eliminat e the depos it s in the oil box when replacing oil.
E. Prot ect the oil adapt ors with a rubber cov er, when they ar e unc onnected.
F. When there ar e any pr oblems with pump or cylinders , please do repair them
as stipulated.
2) Maintenance of pulling tools
A. Keep the joggling par ts of the pulling tools clean fr om dus ts and smear s.
B. Do not knock the pulling tools and chain dur ing pulling.
C. Do not ex ceed the rat ed load of the pulling tools dur ing pulling.
D. Prot ect the pulling tools fr om caustic liquids.
E. Clean the pulling tools with som e dr y clot h af t er finishing pulling work.
3) Maintenance of measuring system
A. Be caref ul to take the measur ing rods, and pr ot ect them fr om dist ort ion or
dam age.
B. Prot ect the pulling tools from caustic liquids.
C. Do not tight en the screw too tight .
D. Please put the rods back to the box.
4) Maint enance of the plat for m and ac cessories
A. Keep the plat f orm clean and dr y fr om dus ts and caustic liquids .
B. Do not knock the plat for m.
C. Prot ect the measuring guide way and clean the dus ts timely.
D. Lubr icate the tow er rollers, collar roller, wheel leg and movable leg
per iodically
E. Inspect the bolt s and spr ing clips of the tower roller and legs regularly,
tight en or replac e them if ther e is any pr oblem.
Ⅸ Safety precautions
1. Platform lifting and descending
a) If ther e is no flow cont rol valve on the end of lif ting cylinder, it is pr ohibit ed
to open pr essure dischar ge valve at full speed.
b) When lif ting or des cending plat for m, the tow ers must be fixed at the ot her
end to pr event slide.
c) When lif ting or des cending plat for m, put the car 's shif t at par king posit ion,
block the wheels with tr iangle wood; no per son is allow ed to st and behind
the car.
d) Keep the plat for m and surr oundings clear, oil hos e and air hos e must be well
pr ot ected.
e) Mak e sure the movable st and is fixed af t er plat f orm is lif ted.
