The appliance is supplied with a cable conform to the power stated on the technical plate.
If direct connection is required, place between the appliance and the mains, a switch dimensioned to the
corresponding load in accordance with existing norms.
The earth green/yellow cable must not be discontinued.
Before connecting the appliance verify that:
A) The relief valve and the plant can stand the load of the appliance (see technical data plate)
B) The feeding plant is outfit with an efficient earth socket according to existing standards
C) The socket or the switch used for the connection are easily reachable with the appliance installed
The manufacturer declines every responsibility if the above accident preventions are not
respected.
A) To switch on the machine
Turn the knob the temperature thermostat to the desired temperature.
B) Before using the machine
The grease residuals could produce smoke and unpleasant smells. It is therefore advisable to heat up the
plate for about 20 min. at the temperature of 250°C before using the same for the first time.
The appliance has two pilot lamps:
- green lamp: power on
- orange lamp: heaters on
To switch off the appliance set the temperature thermostat to 0°C and disconnected.
Before cleaning and maintenance operations, the appliance must be disconnected and cold.
The stainless steel parts must be treated with non abrasive detergents.
The control panel and the knobs should be wiped with a soft humid cloth
The cast irons plates should be cleaned with the brush.
Never wash the appliance with a jet of water as it might cause infiltrations in the electrical
components.
Often verify the drip drawer and clean it carefully.
The control of the electrical components should be carried out by qualified personnel.
