STEP 6:
Insert 6x wooden dowels (#4) into the central holes in the edges of panels C,
E, E & F plus the 2 holes in panel D.
Now take panel B (with hardware already inserted) and align over the
bookcase panels constructed and the wooden poles. Push into place.
Insert 6x cam dowels (#1) into the large drill holes on the undersides of
panels E, E and F. Turn clockwise to lock.
Insert 2x thinner cam dowels (#3) into the large drill holes on the back of
back panel C and turn clockwise to lock.
