the dowels (already
attached to the panel)
into panel (K &N).
Now go back and
secure the bolts and
nuts from step 18,

tighten panel P.
Hardware for Step 17:

4x #2 Barrel Nuts
#3
4x #3 Bolts
Loosely attach panel P to the
side panels (K & N) using 4x
barrel nuts (#2) and 4x bolts
(#3).
