Launch xIDE by clicking on the xIDE shortcut on the desktop or navigating to it using the Windows Start Menu.

Open the Heart Rate project by clicking on "Project" in the menu bar and selecting "Open Workspace". Navigate to the SDK
installation folder. If the default installation path was chosen, this will be C:\CSR_uEnergy_SDK-x.x.x.x\apps\hr_sensor.
