refund of the purchase price less Shipping and Handling.
The cost of the return shipment is also your
responsibility.
If you need to return the Litter-Robot, please contact

obtain an RMA number. Shipments without an RMA
number cannot be accepted.
Please make sure the Litter-Robot™ is carefully
packaged (the original packing materials are best) in
order to avoid damage in shipment. We would
appreciate it if you cleaned the Litter-Robot prior to
returning it to Automated Pet Care Products.
Warranty
Your Litter-Robot™ is covered by a full 18 month
warranty, starting from the date of shipment. This
warranty covers all parts, labor, and shipping costs
within the lower 48 states. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii
and Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping costs.
