Wash your face with warm water to remove any excess dirt or oils



Place hot water on a washcloth



Wring out any excess water



Place the washcloth over your face to steam out your pores



When the washcloth cools, repeat the process 4 times over 10-15 minutes



Avoid oil-based products as these products clog your pores



Always start on the low suction mode. Everybody's skin is different.

You can test the device on your hand to get an idea of the suction force.
