Replacing an Immobiliser Unit

1. Connect X431 to the vehicle and turn the ignition to ON.

2. Navigate to the correct model and then to the "Immobilizer system"

3. Select "Delphi Gas Immobilizer system" for a Petrol vehicle

4. Select "Delphi Diesel (Delphie 4D20) Immobilizer system" for a Diesel.

5. Select "Immobilizer matching function"

6. Select "Replace immobilizer"

7. At the prompt "Do you want to replace engine immobilizer" select "Yes".

8. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the process.

9. If successful the Immobilizer will learn the Key code from the ECU, if not you may have

to relearn the keys.
