Your   i nflatable   b oard   i s   c onstructed   w ith   h igh   q uality   m aterials   a nd   s uperior   w orkmanship.   H owever,   a s   w ith   a ll   o utdoor   e quipment,  

proper   c leaning   a nd   m aintenance   w ill   e xtend   t he   u se   o f   t he   p roduct   a nd   a llow   i t   t o   p erform   b e5er.     M ost     d amaging   t o   y our   i nflatable  

board   a re   e xtended   U V   e xposure,   i nsect   r epellents,   p lus   m old   a nd   m ildew.   T o   k eep   y our   b oard   p erforming   i ts   b est,   p lease   f ollowing  

these   s imple   i nstrucLons:  

• Do   n ot   s et   y our   b oard   o n   s harp   o bjects.            

• Do   n ot   o ver   i nflate   y our   b oard.  

• Keep   t he   z ippers   c lean.            

• Clean   t he   b oard   w ith   s oap   a nd   w ater   o nly.  

• Allow   t he   b oard   t o   d rain   p roperly   s o   i t   c an   b e   s tored   d ry.

Prior   t o   o pening   t he   b oard's   z ippers,   m ake   s ure   t hey   a re   c lean   a nd   c lear   o f   a ny   d ebris   s o   t hat   t hey   w ill   o perate  

freely,   b y   c leaning   t he   z ippers   w ith   s oapy   w ater   a nd   a n   o ld   t oothbrush.     A LWAYS   s ecure   t he   z ipper   c ars   w ith   t he   s plit   r ing.  

When   p atching   t he   a irecell,   a pply   t he   p atch   t o   t he   o utside   o f   t he   a irecell.     W hen   p atching   t he   P VC   s hell,   a pply   t he   p atch   o n   t he  

inside   o f   t he   P VC.     T he   a irecell   p atch   i s   f or   a ir   r etenLon.     T he   P VC   s hell   p atch   p rotects   t he   a irecell   p atch   a s   w ell   a s   p revents   t he   h ole  

from   t earing   f urther.

Basic Trouble Shooting

1. Valve   d oes   n ot   r etain   a ir   w hen   p ump   i s   r emoved.  

• Make   s ure   t hat   t he   v alve   s tem   i s   i n   t he   u p   a nd   c losed   p osiLon.  

• Clear   a ny   d ebris   t hat   m ight   b e   p revenLng   t he   v alve   f rom   s ealing.     T his   c an   b e   a ccomplished   b y   e ither   p umping   q uick   b ursts   o f  

air   i nto   t he   v alve   o r   r emoving   t he   c ore   v alve   a ssembly   a nd   c leaning   t he   e dge   o f   t he   r ubber   d iaphragm   w ith   a   c o5on   s wab   a nd  

denatured   a lcohol.  

• Make   s ure   t hat   t he   c ore   v alve   a ssembly   i s   L ght.     T ighten   v alve   i f   n ecessary.  

2.   T ube   b ecomes   s oQ   a Qer   i nflaLon   p rocess.  

• Determine   w hich   a ir   c hamber   i s   s oQ.     M ake   s ure   t he   v alve   i s   f uncLoning   c orrectly,   w ith   n o   s igns   o f   l eaking.      

• Find   t he   h ole   i n   t he   A IREcell   a nd   p atch   w ith   t he   T ear   A id   p atch.  

3.   T ube   i s   p uckered   o r   s hows   a   v oid   w hen   i nflated.  

• The   A IREcell   m ight   b e   m isaligned.     D eflate   t he   t ube(s)   a nd   a s   t hey   a re   b rought   b ack   u p   t o   p ressure,   m anipulate   t he   t ube(s)   t o  

free   t he   A IREcell   a s   i t   i nflates.     I f   t his   d oes   n ot   fi x   t he   p roblem,   d eflate   t he   b oard,   o pen   t he   z ipper   a nd   a djust   t he   A IREcell.  

4.   Z ipper   i s   d ifficult   t o   o perate.  

• Use   a   c ombinaLon   o f   s oap,   w ater   a nd   a n   o ld   t oothbrush   t o   c lean   a nd   c lear   t he   z ipper   o f   d ebris.  

5.   T ear   A id   p atch   d oes   n ot   s Lck   t o   A IREcell.  

• Make   s ure   t he   a rea   t o   b e   p atched   i s   d ry   a nd   c lean.     U se   t he   a lcohol   p ad   t o   p rep   t he   a rea.
