PROBLEM
The radio will not turn on
The battery pack only lasts a short time after charging.
The radio will not scan.
Background noise is heard continuously.
Nothing can be heard when using an external headset.
The radio will not communicate with other members of the
group.
The communication received is not continuous.
The signal received is distorted.
The radio will not transmit.
The LED indicator light is green but no communication can be
heard.

POSSIBLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
