The R1104 and R1204 can support any M.2 form factor
(2242, 2260, 2280, and 22110).
Step 4. Please remove the screws on the right side of the
R1204:

If the NVMe SSDs were used previously, make sure
the connectors are clean and free of dust prior to
installation.
