TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The burner will not light.
Flames extinguish suddenly.
A sudden drop in gas flow or low
flame
Flare-up
Notice:
If a replacement thermometer is required, remove the screws from the sealing plate. Then, remove the sealing plate to
facilitate the replacement of the thermometer.
Possible cause
No gas flow
Coupling nut and regulator not fully
connected
Obstruction of gas flow
Disengagement of the burner to
valve
Incorrect assembly
The distance between the ignition
needle and the nozzle is not suitable.
High or gusting winds
Low on propane gas
Out of gas
Grease build-up
Excessive fat in meat
Excessive cooking temperature
Excess flour on the cooking surface

Solution
Check to see if the gas tank is empty
and replace it.
Tighten and make sure the connec-
tion is secure.
Clear out the possible obstruction in
the gas hose.
Reengage the burner and valve.
Review the assembly steps and make
sure the assembly was done properly.
Adjust the distance between the igni-
tion needle and nozzle to 5 mm.
Turn the front of the oven away from
the wind.
Refill or replace the gas tank.
Check to see if the gas tank is empty
and replace it.
Clean the oven.
Trim the fat from the meat before
cooking.
Lower the temperature accordingly.
Brush remnant flour from the cooking
surface.
