Adjust the bias on the hinges using the 2 small grub screws on the inside and

outside of the hinge. For an outward opening door, the two grub screws on the
outside of each hinge should be undone until their heads are flush with the hinge.
The grub screws on the inside of the hinge can then be tightened, pulling the door
in to the seal.
Reverse this process for inward opening doors.
