Voicemail Guide
Initial Voicemail Setup
Dial *17 for audible voicemail.
The system will state "Welcome to IP Office. Please enter extension and pound sign."
Enter your extension number followed by #.
The system will then state "Enter your password and pound sign."
Press # (you should not have a password if this is the first time you have accessed your mailbox).
You will then be asked to create a new password, followed by the # (pound) sign
Then you must confirm your new password followed by the # (pound) sign.
You will now be asked to record your name. Press 1 when prompted and record your name at the tone,
and press 1 when complete.
Your initial setup is complete! Now you can move on with the visual voicemail.

Press your Message Key (Envelope)
Listen N/O/S
New
Messages that you have not listened to.
Old
Messages that you have listened to but have not saved.
Save
Messages that have been saved.
Messages
Leave a message in anyone's mailbox without ringing their phone.
Greetings
Administer your personal greeting.
Password
Change your mail box password.
Email
Set your email notification mode (if configured).
Off
No email notification.
Alert
When new messages are received, you will receive an email informing you of a
new message.
Copy
When new messages are received, you will receive an email informing you of a
new message and an attachment of the message (message remains in voicemail
box).
Forward
When new messages are received, you will receive an email informing you of a
new message and an attachment of the message (message is removed from
voicemail box).
