Troubleshooting Table

This troubleshooting guide is for general aid only. A Kohler Authorized Service Representative or qualified

electrician should correct all electrical problems. For warranty service, contact your dealer or wholesale distributor.

Probable Causes

A. No power to motor.

B. Air switch in motor does not work.

C. Air actuator tubing is disconnected,

loose, kinked, plugged, or damaged.

D. Air actuator does not work.

E. Pump/motor does not work.

A. Jet trim is installed incorrectly.

B. Jets are blocked.

C. Suction is blocked.

A. Air line is blocked.

B. Suction line is blocked.

Recommended Action

A. Set/Reset GFCI breaker; check wiring.

B. Replace air switch.

C. Connect, straighten, clean, or replace air

actuator tubing.

D. Replace air actuator.

E. Rebuild or replace pump/motor.

A. Reinstall jet trim.

B. Remove blockage.

C. Remove blockage.

A. Remove blockage, or replace air line.

B. Remove blockage.
