Brewing Modes at a Glance

Mode 1 - Weighing Only Mode

The weight only mode for all weighing purposes. Press and hold

to select gram or

ounce as your weighing unit.

Mode 2 - Dual Display Mode

With dual display of timer and weight, this mode is made for all your coffee brewing

needs, with manual control for timer and tare functions.

Mode 3 - Pour Over Auto-Start Timer Mode ( )

This mode is designed to aid pour over coffee brewing. The scale will detect the start of

the flow from kettle into carafe and automatically start the timer function; the timer stops

when the brewing equipment has been removed from the scale. When the carafe is

removed from the scale, the display flashes the final beverage weight.

Mode 4 - Portafilter Mode ( )

This mode is designed to speed up the workflow of accurately weighing coffee grounds

in a portafilter. The scale automatically tares the portafilter and allows adjustment of the

ground coffee in the portafilter. The mode will reset 15 seconds after the portafilter has

been removed to allow weighing for the next shot.
