Controls

Operating controls

The control knob for each burner is used to ignite the burner and regulate the
strength of the flame. The burners can be regulated at any level between the
strongest and weakest flame. Use the symbols printed on the control knobs for
guidance.
The control knobs are backlit with an illuminated ring. When a burner is lit the
appropriate control knob immediately lights up.
Control knobs: Cooking zone with semi-rapid / rapid / ultra-rapid burner
