Changing the needle valves

To change the needle valves, the screws of the burner must
be loosened and the upper part of the appliance removed.
^ Pull the burner control knob off upwards.
^ Remove the burner parts.
^ Remove the upper part of the appliance (see illustration).
^ Use a small screwdriver to unscrew the needle valves a
from the gas fitting.
^ Pull out the valve using long nose pliers.
^ Install the new valves shown in the table and screw it tight.
^ Secure the valvess with sealing wax to prevent them
becoming loose.
