Confirm that all other MobileArc welding guns
within 100 meters are powered off. Turn on
welding gun that is to be configured.

Charge mobile device by plugging charger into
mobile device and then into 120-volt receptacle.
Turn on mobile device by pressing and holding
the power button for approximately 2–3 seconds.

Launch MobileArc application by pressing icon.
After selecting language and unit/standards, review
the EULA agreement and press ACCEPT to accept.

Select WiFi network and connect.

For networks
with password
protection, enter
password and
press VALIDATE.
For networks
with two-factor
authentication,
select internet
button to view
login page.
Enter required
login info to
log in. Return to
MobileArc app
and press
VALIDATE.
Enter your email address to receive your PIN
code email.
You will receive an email with your PIN code
at the address you provided. Note: All devices
activated with the same email address will have
the same PIN code.
Enter your PIN code, then press VALIDATE.
