Once conversion is done, you must REPLACE the label with information on the gas

type by the new label. This label is supplied together with the injectors.

7. PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

During normal operation of the fryer, problems can arise. These problems, as well as the

possible causes and solutions are listed below.

PROBLEM

Gas smell

Combustion is not correct

(yellow or red flame)

Gas burner doesn't ignite
