How to use：

① Firmly fix adapter (for drum can) to the mouth piece(G2) on a drum can.

(Apply the attached special tool）

② Firmly fix sucking pipe into adapter, and keep pushing downward until it stops. (Apply

the attached special tool)

③ Firmly fix pressing put (Apply the attached special tool)

④ Seal ventilation mouth on a drum can (Smaller mouth placed on a top plate).

⑤ Close air valve (Turn the lever horizontally) 【Refer to Photo-1】

⑥ Close ball valve (for discharging/sucking) (Turn to the right angles to nozzle)

⑦ Connect the air hose from compressor to air valve(20PM)

Dia.of air hose should be larger than 3/8 inches.

⑧ This pump can be operated with the supplying air pressure of 0.4～0.6MPa.

⑨ Choose the switching lever either for sucking (IN) or discharging (OUT).

Keep turning until it firmly stops. If not, it may cause unusual pressure, which may

make some problem.

⑩ Open air-valve, and supply the compressed air to the pump

⑪ Under the above condition, if the ball valve placed at nozzle side is opened, in case the

lever is at "IN" position, the pump starts sucking the liquid, and once it becomes full of

liquid, the floating ball automatically stops sucking.

In case the lever is at "OUT" position, the pump starts discharging the liquid.

And, in case a drum can is empty, air mixed with very little liquid comes out.

⑫ Close ball valve to prevent reverse flow, in case of "IN" position.

⑬ Close air valve.

⑭ In case the lever is at "OUT" position, after the work is completed, after air valve is

closed, air-bleeding from a drum can must be executed with switch-lever.

(In air-bleeding is executed under "OUT" position, air is discharged which makes the

pressure condition in a can to be atmospheric.)

⑮ Occasionally, take the sucking pipe out from a drum can, and wash it.

⑯ Air adjusting thread is attached.

Use it, in case sucking power is not strong enough.

You can replace with hexagon socket wrench (A two surface width：4mm)
